The ATF’s pistol brace rule forces millions of gun owners to choose between complying with an invasive and burdensome registration process that includes giving the ATF your FINGERPRINTS… or face jail-time and pay a $250,000 fine.

And now that the ATF has created a federal gun registry of nearly a BILLION commercial firearm transactions, the ATF is in its strongest position ever to begin confiscating your firearms.

A Congressional Research Service report estimated that there are between 10,000,000 and 40,000,000 pistol braces and pistol-braced firearms in common use.

Millions of pistol-stabilizing braces have been manufactured, sold, and bought by Americans following the ATF’s prior approval of such firearms not qualifying as rifle stocks.

But now, the ATF has decided to turn millions of previously law-abiding citizens into felons unless they comply with its invasive rule.

While it may seem impossible to win a battle against the ATF, I want to remind you that it was GOA activists like you who successfully stopped the ATF’s previous attempt to impose its pistol brace rule.

After receiving tens of thousands of furious comments from GOA members like you, the ATF withdrew its previous pistol brace rule.

But with Joe Biden now on a mission to wage war on the Second Amendment, we’re going to need a much stronger pressure campaign this time around.
