The Constitution vests the federal gov't's legislative powers in Congress.

And the 2A prohibits the gov't from violating the people's right to keep and bear arms.

So when administrative agencies like ATF impose rules that infringe the 2A, it's doubly unconstitutional.

The Second Amendment codifies the natural, God-given right to self-defense.

But the Biden-ATF tried to deny that right at every turn through illegal regulations.
