PRATT: Canada’s Gun Control Did Not “Stop Evil Hearts”

Springfield, VA – In response to the tragic Canadian mass shooting, GOA Senior Vice President Erich Pratt reminded the nation that no gun control law can stop an evil heart.

He tweeted:

Gun ownership in Canada is more restrictive than in the United States, and the carrying of handguns by average citizens is effectively outlawed.
