Floor Vote Coming Soon for So-called “Assault Weapons” Ban

The House Judiciary Committee has ADVANCED a ban on so-called “assault weapons” for a full floor vote in Pelosi’s House.

The more Representatives who vote against it in the House, the greater the chances this bill quickly DIES in the Senate…

…But if this bill gets strong bipartisan support in the House, Mitch McConnell and John Cornyn could give it serious consideration in the Senate.

That’s why I’m urging you to tell your representative to VOTE NO on banning some of the most commonly owned firearms in America.

Please add your name to our pre-written letter to Congress to STOP the ban on so-called “assault weapons.”

Pelosi’s House has been holding televised, emotion-fueled hearings to instill fear in the American people and justify their crackdown on commonly-owned firearms.

We shouldn’t be surprised to learn that a bunch of people who use the term “assault weapons” turn out to know virtually nothing about guns.

Rep. Cicilline, the congressman who called the Constitution “bulls**t,” claimed that a stabilizing brace is a bump stock that turns a gun into a machine gun.

Rep. McBath doubled down on Cicilline’s absurdity. She stated that gun owners with disabilities like to claim that a stabilizing brace helps provide them with stability, but that they actually want to use the brace to turn their firearm into a machine gun!

And Rep. Hank Johnson – the congressman who once thought an island could capsize in the ocean if too many people stood on it – said that we can’t take “assault weapons” away from government bureaucrats, because bureaucrats need those weapons to protect themselves from “misfits.”

In other words: government leeches have a right to defend themselves, but you’re on your own.

YOUR God-given right to defend yourself is being decided by a bunch of taxpayer-funded politicians who have private security forces and know virtually NOTHING about guns.

TAKE ACTION NOW

The Supreme Court’s recent Bruen decision reaffirmed that the right to keep and bear arms is not limited to those weapons that were only available in 1791.

Just as we have First Amendment protected speech on computers and cell phones, even though neither of those were around during the ratification of the Bill of Rights, we have a constitutionally protected right to keep and bear modern-day sporting rifles.

But unless we take action, a new “assault weapons” ban could make it through the House and Senate, and land on Joe Biden’s desk.

That’s why we urgently need your help alerting the House to VOTE NO.

The fewer votes this “assault weapons” ban gets in the House, the easier it will be to DEFEAT it in the Senate.

So please, add your name to our pre-written letter to Congress to STOP the ban on commonly-owned firearms.
