IN: Constitutional Carry Bill Needs Governor Holcomb’s Signature!

As you know, a few Constitutional Carry bills have been moving through the state for the past few years. Finally, one of them — HB 1296 – is headed to the governor’s desk!

Under House Bill 1296, a Hoosier would be allowed to carry in most places within the state, without having to beg the government for a permit. This even includes 18-year-olds who cannot defend themselves with a firearm in other states! This is particularly important at a time when anti-gun cities across the country have record high crime rates, leaving citizens with a greater need to defend themselves.

Indiana has the opportunity to become the 23rd Constitutional Carry state, and the only thing left to do to achieve this is urging Governor Eric Holcomb to sign the bill!

Please urge Governor Holcomb to sign HB 1296 ASAP.
