On September 21 an alleged home invader entered an Indianapolis home and pointed a gun at the head of an elderly woman only to be shot “multiple times” by her husband.
The incident took place around 4:30 pm.
According to RTV 6, 27-year-old Anthony Talley allegedly entered the home and pointed a gun at the elderly woman’s head. The woman’s husband then emerged “from the back of the house and fired his weapon, striking Talley multiple times and critically injuring him.”
The Indy Star reports that one of the elderly husband’s shots struck Talley in the head.
Talley was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition and was still in critical condition late Monday night.
