A Decade Long Battle May Soon Be Over

Recently, the Alabama House of Representatives passed Constitutional Carry legislation for the first time in history.

This is a huge victory for freedom, as gun owners in the Yellowhammer State have fought for Constitutional Carry for more than a decade.

Many gun owners in Alabama feel it’s time the state joined the Constitutional Carry Club. In fact, the Senate is expected to vote on permit-less carry this week by substituting the House-passed HB 272 into SB 1.

GOA is urging the Senate to quickly put Constitutional Carry on Gov. Kay Ivey’s desk.
