ATF just DENIED a GOA member’s NFA Form for claiming “exercise my God given right” as their intent for manufacturing a suppressor and short barreled rifle.

That’s right, ATF says that the exercise of your God given rights is an insufficient reason to own “regulated” items they make you ask permission to have.

It’s obvious: The ATF needs to be completely de-funded and abolished.

Cases like the above are yet another reason among many as to why.

The Second Amendment guarantees the exercise of our God-given right to keep and bear arms.

Stating otherwise is a complete falsehood & an act of tyrannical infringement.
