As we have been telling you the past few weeks, legislators in West Virginia have been trying very hard to protect your Second Amendment rights from Biden’s gun control agenda!

The Second Amendment Sanctuary bill (HB 2694) had passed in the house on March 26th, and then began a rough course through the Senate. While it was almost killed quietly in committee by squishy Republicans, Biden’s announcement on gun control last week pushed the Senate to take a floor vote on the bill this past Saturday the 10th, and — thankfully — it passed!

As a reminder, under House Bill 2694, state and local government officials will be under order to NOT enforce (or assist in federal enforcement of) ANY federal bans or regulation on firearms, magazines, ammunition, or firearm accessories. This will make it significantly less likely for Biden’s gun control to be enforced.

However, the battle isn’t over. While we hope Governor Justice will sign this into law, we need YOUR help to make sure he does.
