Urge Your Senators to Oppose Biden’s Radical SCOTUS Nominee

Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson, knows she has a tough path to get through the 50-50 Senate.

Democrat Senators like Joe Manchin have shown they’re willing to buck Biden and Kamala to side with public opinion polls.

That’s why Jackson DECEPTIVELY hid her radical anti-gun views during the Senate confirmation hearings to come across as pro-2A.

Jackson said: “The Supreme Court has established that the individual right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental right.”

But her statement is just a LIE to win over votes from swing Democrats like Manchin and Tester – and maybe even some weak Republicans who would vote for her out of fear of being called “racist.”

For starters, the Supreme Court doesn’t “establish” rights. They are natural and God-given as our Founders stated in the Declaration of Independence. So her statement shows she doesn’t even truly understand rights.

But more to the point, we all know there’s a snowball’s chance in hell that Biden and Kamala would nominate a judge who respects the Second Amendment.

That’s why we need to bombard the 50-50 Senate with letters urging them not to fall for this classic trap by anti-gunners.

Justices Kagan and Sotomayor.

Anti-gunners know their agenda is deeply unpopular with voters. They’ve seen the same reports on the record-high number of gun purchases by Americans.

So, anti-gunners have to hide their hatred for the Second Amendment in order to get confirmed and then wage war on our rights as soon as they’re sworn in.

Look, these are people who are willing to trample upon your God-given rights, leave you defenseless in moments of violence, and exploit tragedies for political gain. Are you shocked they’d also deceive the public?

And I want to make one point clear… If Senators like Manchin and Tester dare to cite Jackson’s phony statement on the Second Amendment as their reason for voting for her, Gun Owners of America will never let them get away with it.

But I pray we never even come to that point – because with your help right now, we’re going to torpedo her confirmation just like we did with Biden’s nominee to lead the ATF, David Chipman.
