There’s a reason why you haven’t seen Lindsey Graham’s latest “red flag” Gun Confiscation Bill — all the while Graham is fraudulently “guaranteeing” that his bill has “due process.”

The reason is that GRAHAM IS LYING.

This shouldn’t be a surprise, given that his chief cosponsor is “Hanoi Dick” Blumenthal, who lied his way into the Senate by falsely saying that he had served in Vietnam, when he had not.

If the Graham-Blumenthal bill follows last year’s details, it will provide a pot of federal money to bribe states into passing red flag laws. Last year’s bill did not require that there be Due Process prior to the confiscation of guns.

But this fraternity of fraud is now arguing that Due Process has been added to their Gun Confiscation bill. Yet people in the Senate who have seen the few copies of the TOP SECRET bill say this is a lie.

And, in fact, it would be impossible for this draft to be fixed. 

Seventeen states have passed “red flag” gun confiscation bills.  And EVERY SINGLE ONE has provisions which would strip you of your Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights without notifying you or allowing you to be heard.

The first time you would learn about the red flag confiscation order is when the police arrive at your door to take your guns in the middle of the night — ready to ransack your house and possibly arrest or shoot you. 

Gary Willis, of Ferndale, Maryland, was shot to death by police serving a “red flag” order. 

Friends in Orange County, New York, tell us that police damage the firearms which they seize. And while they’re in the home, they search for excuses to arrest the target. 

So how is it possible for Graham and Blumenthal to insert “Due Process” when NONE OF THE “RED FLAG” LAWS WHICH EXIST HAVE DUE PROCESS??? 

Graham’s bill would have to be a GRANT PROGRAM WITH NO RECIPIENTS for him to be telling the truth.

So if you see Lyin’ Lindsey or “Hanoi Dick” coming your way, ask them this: WHERE’S THE BILL?!
