Last Chance for Constitutional Carry

Dear friend:

Now is the time to act for Constitutional Carry.

The Republican veto-proof majorities expire at the end of this legislative session, so now is the time for the GOP-controlled Senate to take up the House-passed Constitutional Carry bill, HB-746.

If the Senate doesn’t take up Constitutional Carry, it could be two years until another permitless carry bill sees the light of day.

Frankly, the Rules Committee Chairman Bill Rabon has been quite resistant to taking up the bill, so gun owners need to apply even more pressure to Senator Rabon.

So please call him at (919) 733-5963 and firmly, but politely, tell him to immediately take up and move HB-746 out of his committee.

And then follow up with a call to the Senate Pro-Tempore Phil Berger at (919) 733-5708 and urge him to schedule the bill for a floor vote.

Please act quickly, as time is of the essence.
