I want you to know that me, my friends and family are so very glad you were found not guilty. Of course, you never should have been on trial for defending yourself and others around you.

Although you would probably give anything NOT to have been thrust into the situation you were in, you deserve the thanks of all Americans for defending in the courtroom all of our right to self-defense. Watching the videos and hearing the testimony of the eyewitnesses, I could not help but admire your self-restraint and trigger discipline during the debacle on the streets, and your courage and composure in the courtroom.

As a firearms instructor, I hope to obtain copies of the videos shown during your trial, as an example of lawful self-defense to show my students. Kyle, as a 25 yr Navy veteran, I flew off aircraft carriers for decades swearing allegiance to and protecting the U.S. Constitution. I am a Navy pilot, my wife is a Navy nurse.

We usually don’t get to choose the time and place that our battles will be fought. Your battle in support of all our constitutional freedoms is just as real as mine…just another time and place. This is going to sound crazy, and I say this out of love for you, and that is this: consider going to see a counselor to help you over this trauma you have undergone. I went to one after my husband died because I needed help. We all need help sometimes and a good psychologist may be able to help you through the trauma you have undergone. This kind of thing actually gets stored in your body and can slowly give you health issues that you many never connect to this but nevertheless are there.

There is no shame in this. Anyone who went through what you went through would need this. One trained in EMDR would be a good one to start with.

Please remember, I only say this because I care about you. My prayers are still with you.

It is good to know that the justice system is alive and well, regardless of what the socialist-Marxist believe and are trying to radically change our wonderful country. I was praying and cheering the defense team on and it didn’t take long to see that the prosecution’s arguments were not at all correct and in many statements were false and distorted. I just saw on Hannity the young man that was crucified by the press get his revenge on the lying media. He encouraged you to reach out to him and I would recommend this. May you have a speedy recovery from this evil section of our country.
