Governor Eric Holcomb (R) heard your voice and emails and signed HB 1296, enacting Constitutional Carry in the state of Indiana! 

HB 1296 allows Hoosiers to carry in most places within the state, without having to beg the government for a permit. This even includes 18-year-olds who cannot defend themselves with a firearm in other states! 

Indiana is now the 24th state to enact permitless carry and has become one of the safer places in the country.
