Take These Four Steps to Kill Red Flag Gun Confiscation in Tennessee

Reports from Nashville indicate that your representative, William Lamberth, is considering support for a type of red flag gun confiscation.

While the news media may describe this as a measure to address “mental health,” experienced gun rights activists recognize this as a “Constructive Republican Alternative Proposal” – also known as C.R.A.P.

This type of compromise legislation is exactly like its acronym. It will not further your Second Amendment rights, but rather garner more infringements.

I’ll be honest, the stakes at the special session are high.

Gov. Bill “Lousy Lee” is putting immense pressure on Rep. Lamberth and the entire legislature to pass some C.R.A.P., and that’s why I’m asking you to take more action than normal.

So, please take these four steps.

• First, email Lamberth with GOA’s pre-written and editable message.
• Second, follow up your message with a call to Lamberth at (615) 741-1980.
• Third, print off GOA’s Fact Sheet and mail it in to Lamberth’s office at 425 Rep. John Lewis Way North, Suite 602 Cordell Hull Bldg. Nashville, TN 37243. Better yet, if you are in Nashville, deliver it in person to his office. (Please be sure to sign the letter.)
• Finally, donate to GOA. We are running ads around the state to mobilize gun owners. The more resources we have available, the more 2A supporters we can reach.

I know I’m asking a lot. However, our God-given right of self-defense is worth protecting. It is worth a few moments of your time or a few bucks. Your actions will be critical in stopping this gun control.
