The bill (H.J. Res. 44) to REPEAL Biden’s unconstitutional pistol brace rule is in peril.

Republicans POSTPONED today’s House Judiciary Committee vote on H.J. Res 44 after Democrats plotted to hijack the process to politicize the recent tragic shooting in Nashville.

We cannot allow the anti-gun lobby to pressure Republicans into delaying the vote on this critical bill even further – or even worse, canceling it altogether!

Instead, we should capitalize on this delay by urging Congress to actually DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM by passing additional legislation REPEALING gun free zones and arming teachers.

This is by far the most effective way to deter would-be mass shooters. No mass shooting has EVER occurred during school hours where armed teachers are present!

Last year, Rep. Thomas Massie introduced H.R. 7415, which would have allowed willing teachers to carry firearms in schools.

Because Rep. Massie sits on the House Judiciary Committee, he can easily take language from that bill and offer it as an amendment to any must-pass bill.

We need YOU to contact your Representative in the House right away. Depending on what party your Representative is, you’ll send them a different message:

If they’re a Republican, you’ll urge them to hold a vote on H.J. Res. 44 as soon as possible and support an amendment to STOP future mass shootings at schools by arming teachers.

If they’re a Democrat, you’ll condemn them for exploiting the death of children to push their anti-gun agenda and urge them to change course by supporting H.J. Res. 44.

Once again, anti-gunners are ignoring the facts, politicizing violence, and punishing law-abiding gun owners like YOU for the actions of an unhinged lunatic.

The irony is that if anyone other than the shooter is to be blamed for these tragic events, it’s Joe Biden himself.

He introduced and passed the Gun Free School Zones Act, which DISARMS teachers and leaves them completely defenseless against depraved mass murders.

Once again: Where there are armed teachers in schools, there has NEVER been a shooting during school hours, much less a public mass murder.

Time and time again, mass shooters specifically choose “soft targets” like “gun free zones” because they’re less likely to encounter any resistance while they commit their heinous crimes.

In fact, the Nashville shooter originally considered another target, but opted not to shoot people there because the place was more heavily guarded.

Biden’s Gun Free School Zones Act hasn’t worked for 3 DECADES.

It’s time to stop blaming a tool (the firearm) and start empowering law-abiding parents and teachers to defend children from the murderers responsible for these atrocities.

Over 81% of police believe that armed teachers and staff are the best way to stop school shootings.

If Democrats really wanted to help protect children, they would REPEAL Biden’s Gun Free School Zones Act and arm parents and teachers.

Instead, they’ve once again decided to exploit the death of children to push their anti-gun narrative and try to derail our efforts to repeal Biden’s pistol brace ban.

Let’s make sure Congress doesn’t fall for their hysterical fear mongering.
