Gun Owners of America has long maintained a policy of avoiding feuds with other pro-gun organizations. We take pride in working alongside like-minded groups whenever there’s an opportunity to join forces in defending and restoring the Second Amendment.

However, some GOA members have reached out with concerns over false claims being circulated about our record. Rather than engage in a back-and-forth with the American Firearms Association—an organization associated with one or more of the “Dorr brothers”—we will simply let readers draw their own conclusions.

Multiple respected pro-gun groups and publications across the country have exposed these brothers for making baseless claims in their fundraising while contributing little in terms of meaningful action. So we urge gun owners to carefully examine these publications/videos and judge for themselves:
