Constitutional Carry Bill SB1 and Limitation of Liability Bill SB 2 to be Heard on the House Floor!

Constitutional Carry Bill SB 1 and the limitation of liability bill SB 2 by Senator Blake Miguez have both passed out of committee and now head to the House Floor.

Take action and urge your state representative to SUPPORT Constitutional Carry!

SB 1 restores the ability of law-abiding gun owners, 18 years and older, to carry a concealed handgun in Louisiana without a permit, while SB 2 limits civil liability against individuals with a Louisiana concealed handgun permit who are forced to use their handgun in lawful self-defense.

Because Governor Landry is backing SB 1, the upcoming House vote is the final hurdle to making Louisiana a Constitutional Carry state!

That is why I am asking you, and every pro-gun Louisianian, to TAKE ACTION and urge your state representative to send Constitutional Carry to Governor Landry and make Louisiana the 28^th Constitutional Carry state!
