IA: Constitutional Carry Bill Goes to Governor Reynolds’ Desk!

The Iowa Senate just passed HF 756, a bill to make Iowa a Constitutional Carry state. That means it is heading to the final hurdle, Governor Kim Reynolds.

Under House File 756, an adult Iowan will be able to conceal carry without having to beg the government for a permit. Permits will still be optionally available for reciprocity reasons to carry in other states.

Iowa is set become the 19th state to recognize American citizens have a right to carry firearms without getting a permission slip.

While we hope Governor Reynolds is already planning on signing this into law, we need your help to urge her to pass HF 756 ASAP, and restore your Constitutional rights!

Please email Governor Kim Reynolds to tell her HF 756 needs to be enacted!

Then, if you have time, please make a quick call — at 515-281-5211 — and register a “voice vote” with her office in favor of HF 756!
