Unfortunately, the gun-grabbers are hard at work in Colorado.
Senate Bill 256 — sponsored by Sen. Steve Fenberg (D) — would remove the state preemption of firearm laws. Under this bill, local governments would be able to regulate or prohibit the sale, possession, or transfer of any firearm, firearm part, or ammunition. This means if your local officials are anti-gun, they can completely BAN and CONFISCATE all guns in the locality.
SB 256 just passed in the Senate on May 17th and might also pass in the House too. So we are doing everything we can at GOA to fight this anti-gun bill, but we need your help.
Please use the form above to urge your state Representative to protect your right to bear arms and oppose this bill ASAP.
