The Colorado House Appropriations Committee passed SB 25-003, and now this rights-shredding legislation can be brought up for a vote on the House floor.

As we have been alerting you, SB 25-003 is a nearly full on semi-automatic firearms ban – legislation which completely destroys the Second Amendment rights of Coloradans. In a pathetic effort to “appease” their constituents, anti-gunners in the Colorado legislature have provided a “loophole” for law-abiding gun owners to get their gun rights back.

Their solution?

Take mandatory government training classes and pay the state for a permit to purchase, and they’ll grant you your rights back once you enter their registration scheme.

This is flat out tyrannical and should be opposed by every member of the Colorado House of Representatives.

Please take action above, and politely but firmly demand that your Representative vote NO on SB 25-003.
