Video: Armed Bystander Shoots Alleged Carjacker to Save Woman’s Life

On April 3 an armed bystander intervened after hearing a woman scream and seeing her on the hood of her own car as it was being driven away by an alleged carjacker.

The armed bystander shot the alleged carjacker and stopped the crime.
