The House just voted to enact Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws nationwide.

Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws let law enforcement seize your firearms based on an anonymous “tip” that you could pose a danger to society.

There won’t be a trial. You won’t have a single chance to defend yourself.

Instead, a SWAT team would show up in the middle of the night to demand you hand over your lawfully owned firearms, no questions asked.

So, not only does the House’s Red Flag Gun Confiscation bill violate the Second Amendment, it also violates your Fifth Amendment right to due process.

Right as the House was voting on this unconstitutional bill, Joe Biden lied to America by claiming that Red Flag Confiscation Laws would’ve stopped the Parkland shooting of 2018 and the Fort Hood shooting of 2009.

For starters, what Biden said is a bald-faced lie. But then there’s what he didn’t say.

Because Biden (or, more likely, his handlers who wrote his statement) mysteriously left out Buffalo from the list of shootings that would’ve been prevented by Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws. I’ll tell you why…

…New York ALREADY has Red Flag Gun Confiscation Laws on the books! They failed to stop the Buffalo shooting, and they will fail to stop mass shootings in the future.

All they will do is turn honest, law-abiding gun owners into second-class citizens who have to worry that their rights could be taken away at ANY MOMENT without ANY CHANCE to defend themselves.

GOA will be working around the clock to STOP this egregious assault on your constitutional rights from passing the Senate – but with Senate Republicans eager to work out a deal with Democrats on gun control, it won’t be an easy battle.
